It was in March 2011 when our general manager suggested that we need to work on the "Team Building" of the management group in our resort. I was so excited when I heard this and so with some participants withdrawing halfway in the process, I feel inspired to go on and finish the riding on the zipline. Not only did it helped me get over my fears, but also it gave me the felling of confidence in dealing with the risks involved.
